Training courses, qualifications and certifications are absolutely essential for our employees to provide high-quality services for our customers. That’s why Technogroup offers numerous internal and external opportunities for further training. We hold performance reviews with our employees every year to discuss and plan targeted options for their professional and personal development. Our employees are given free time to internally organise and hold training courses and to attend in-house and external courses.
Your first step: an apprenticeship at Technogroup
The apprentices of today will be the specialists of tomorrow. That’s why we invest heavily in the qualification of young people as a training company that is accredited by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Our experienced and passionate instructors guide our trainees through their three-year apprenticeship, answering any questions they might have about the practical side of the company and even their work at the vocational college. Our apprentices are valuable members of our team. They are challenged and encouraged according to their progress and can even take charge of their own projects. Our aim is to empower trainees to meet our high standards and kickstart their careers as specialists with Technogroup after their apprenticeship.

IT systems electronics technician
As part of this 3-year vocational training, you will learn all of the training-specific technical expertise and skills of an IT systems electronics engineer. By working in our company’s technical department, your vocational training will be very practical and you will gain a deep insight into our internal workflows and processes. You will attend vocational school in Hofheim and be taught in topics during your training.
IT specialist for application development
During this 3-year vocational training, you will become familiar with the further development of our business software in IT solution management. In particular, you will be entrusted with developing processes for specialist departments and will also gain an insight into the areas of network, server and client systems. You will attend vocational school in Hofheim and be taught in topics during your training.
IT specialist for system integration
During this 3-year vocational training, you will be employed exclusively in Technogroup’s IT department. You will learn how to implement customer-specific information and communication solutions and how to network hardware and software to create complex solutions. You will attend vocational school in Hofheim and be taught in topics during your training.
IT system assistant
During this 3-year vocational training, you will work in various commercial and technical areas at our company. Among other things, you will learn what hardware and software systems are available, how to install hardware and operating systems and how to devise customer-specific solutions. You will attend vocational school in Wiesbaden twice a week during your vocational training.
Trainee for office management
During this 3-year vocational training course, you will gain insights into a company’s essential office management processes. You will become familiar with commercial activities in the areas of purchasing, accounting, marketing, sales and human resources. You will attend vocational school in Kriftel twice a week during your vocational training.
Trainee in wholesale and foreign trade
During this 3-year vocational training in wholesale and foreign trade, you will become familiar with all the main activities of purchasing at Technogroup. Among other things, you will learn how to compare quotes, evaluate logistics services and conclude contracts. You will attend vocational school in Frankfurt twice a week during your vocational training.
Gain insights: internships at Technogroup
An internship gives you important insights into the world of work – as a practical placement during your studies or as career guidance. Interested and committed young people are welcome to gain insights into our technical and commercial departments, depending on the status of our projects and the availability of our staff. You will have a dedicated contact for all your questions. You will be given practical and useful tasks that are appropriate for your skill level, offering valuable insights into the job and broadening your knowledge.
