Information on the scope of our support packages
The cost of our support packages for Supermicro systems depends on the hardware purchase value, the term of the licence and the service-level agreement (SLA). The calculation is based on defined price ranges. The following ranges are sold by the distributor: system prices up to € 1,500 / € 3,000 / € 5,000 / € 10,000 / € 15,000 / € 20,000.
The insurable hardware value can be calculated as follows: barebone server system, incl. system board with all components (e.g. chassis, processor hard disks, SSDs, drives, memory, network cards, graphics cards, expansion shelves, power supplies, raid controllers, fans, other modules, boards, cards, components and more).
