Technogroup under the umbrella brand of Evernex
Technogroup has been part of the French Evernex Group since 2020. Since then, the two companies have continuously moved closer together, which offers numerous advantages: The product and service portfolio has been expanded and can now be offered to globally active customers worldwide from a single source. Processes were not only merged, but also simplified and optimized in their complexity. Both third-party maintenance and value-added services can now be offered more extensively and precisely. Not only do customers benefit from this development all along the line, but also as an employer there is added value for the company.
Technogroup becomes optically Evernex!
Since April 2024, Technogroup has been appearing under the new design of Evernex to use the strong brand of Evernex. This change has no effect on existing business relationships: a renaming will not take place for the time being, and an adjustment of the master data is not necessary. In the future, the contact persons will appear as Evernex employees in the correspondence, but the contractual partner will continue to be Technogroup IT-Service GmbH.
